As a subsidiary of China North Industries Group Corp－the country's largest manufacturer of land armaments by production volume－NHL has shipped its mining trucks and other construction machinery to over 500 mines and water conservancy projects in more than 65 countries and regions, many of them located in economies related to the Belt and Road Initiative such as Mongolia, Turkey and Brazil, as well as many African nations.

It will be the main force in research, design, manufacture, testing and supply of both civil vessels and naval armament like nuclear-powered submarines and aircraft carriers.

On Sunday, Saudi Aramco announced to team up with China's largest land armaments developer NORINCO Group and Panjin Xincheng Industrial Group to build an integrated refinery and petrochemical complex in Northeast China's Liaoning province.

The move was supported by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the China Satellite Navigation Office, according to a statement published by China North Industries Group Corp, the country's biggest developer of land armaments and the first chair unit of the mechanism.
